Two words: Creative. Resume.
Now it almost seems like a joke, right?
Wrong.
For some special cases you can use a creative resume. In the world of communications, it is encouraged.
Now, I can confidently say I am creative... to an extent. I know peers who can immediately open Adobe InDesign or Illustrator and go to town.
Me, on the other hand, has to search deep through Pinterest to figure out where to start.
And that's okay!
It is super important to know that creative resumes aren't extremely wordy, but at the same time does not have a ton of white space.
If you are going to make a creative resume, do it right.

- create a design that represents you
- add a photo or your monogram
- 2-3 fonts only
- refer to basic design principles
- update it often
