It seems like these days and the older you get, someone is always watching you. Its usually what you say, what you do and how you act. People are going to want an employee that is respectful, dependable and honest.

- Don't be loud.
- Don't use slang or text-speak in emails and basic conversations.
- Share the credit and give credit when credit is due.
- Don't bathe in your perfume or cologne.
- Dress modestly and conservatively in the workplace.
- Be mindful of playing music
- Silence your cell phone or turn the volume down
- Keep your space clean.
- Don't get too personal at work.
- Be on time.
- Don't take personal calls at your desk.
- Just be a nice human, okay?
