I wanted to capture that northwest Arkansas fall foliage. Here we go.

I wanted to capture the trees and the boat house and it all be in focus. The automatic photo is a little too blown out but my manual settings were a bit dark. I didn't mind it being dark because I could fix it in editing and the colors looked more rich with it dark.

This is a little view from a log. I did not like how the trees and water were a blurred out, so I increased my f stop. I adjusted the lighting a bit too. I made the photo a bit more warm in editing.

For this photo, I wanted to capture one of those "artsy fall photos" you see on Instagram. I really liked the automatic settings, except I wanted to camera to just focus on the leaf, so I decreased the f stop.

So for this photo, I wanted a really sharp image and really capture those fall colors. I increased my f stop and didn't allow as much light to come in so I got a dark, rich photo. In editing, I increased the texture and clarity and made the photo warmer.

This is a view from the ledge of the dock. I had the same thought process as the same picture as before. In editing, I increased the clarity to really see that texture in the wood. I of course added warmth to the photo as well.
